HANDCRAFTED PRODUCT:

  • Be mindful that our products are handmade, and therefore may have slight variations in texture, shape, finish and size.

MAINTENANCE: 

  • Remove jewelry before handling chemicals, household cleaners, exercising, or doing manual labor.
  • Store jewelry individually in a soft cloth, small box or air-tight plastic bag to prevent marring with other pieces and the natural oxidation process which occurs with all metals over time.
  • Avoid excessive bending
  • All our earring hooks are sterling silver and all surfaces touching the skin are lined with Sterling Silver.
  • Metals will naturally oxidize over time.
  • Use a jewelry polishing cloth to restore a high polish sheen.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

  • Orders will be filled within 2-5 business days upon receipt.
  • All orders are packed in priority mail boxes or bags as is appropriate, which ensure protection during shipment.
  • Domestic orders we generally ship USPS flat rate $5 shipping
  • Buyer is accountable for shipping & handling fees.

ITEM MISSING:

  • Any items that appear on the invoice and are missing from a shipment must be reported via email to etnikabazaar@gmail.com or phone within 14 business days of receipt of the order. At that time, we will ship missing items.

*Because of the handcrafted nature of all our products. All returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Etnika Bazaar reserves the right to assess and authorize all return cases. All returns must be preauthorized prior to shipping back.

Worry FREE refund to the credit card used for the purchase. To qualify, item must be preauthorized and shipped back within 14 days of the delivery date (excludes items on sale). If the item is shipped back after 14 days of the delivery date, client will receive a 100% store credit of the sale price. *Shipping and Handling excluded. 

Every product we send out is initially quality controlled. However, if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault, we will happily replace it for you. Any items that are broken or defective as a result of a manufacturer defect must be reported within 14 days of receipt to etnikabazaar@gmail.com

All returns items must be unused and preauthorized prior to shipping back and must be received within 14 days of purchase with the original invoice included. Client is responsible for the shipping and handling of all exchanged and returned items, so please keep this in mind and choose carefully.
